In accordance with French consumer law (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to return a product without justification or penalty.
• The item must be returned new, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of error or defective product.
• Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
